A great example of Industry collaborating with Education! Now I better understand the phrase “Industry 4.0”.

Swinburne University of Technology and Siemens are to be congratulated on the implementation of the Higher Apprenticeship Pilot Program Industry 4.0.

Who better to explain this than those pioneering work to develop and prepare students with skill sets to work in Industries committed to Industry 4.0.

Prior to the lunch a tour of Swinburne University’s Advanced Manufacturing and Design Centre (Factory of the Future) was provided.
