RTL STEM Workshop series 3 at Bosch Head Office are off to a flying start! Thank you Lucie, an RMIT intern for taking such great photos of the students in action!

We are very pleased to have 12 new students representing 7 schools (Government and Independent) participating in 5 three-hour session series of workshops.
We are delighted to have graduate and undergraduate engineers from Robogals-Monash, Vic Hyper, RMIT and now Swinburne facilitate our workshops.
This partnership we have with Bosch Australia and the support we have received from the Australian Government make providing these opportunities in STEM a reality for these passionate STEM enthusiasts. It was great to have Gavin Smith, President of Bosch Australia visit Thursday’s workshops.

We had the good fortune of listening to VIP (Very Inspiring Person) Extreme Mountaineer, Dan Bull speak about his summits in all 7 continents. Dan is a Guinness Book World Record Holder! He had a dream from a very young age to climb Mt Everest and he didn’t stop there. His stories are very inspiring! We believe STEM is such a great platform for teaching resilience, problem solving, working in teams, thinking creatively and the journey is one that entails pioneering. We love to hear from individuals that have pursued a dream and to hear what they learnt along the way.
If you are a student or know a student that is currently enrolled in Grade 5 to 8 and have an interest in participating in our workshops please send Luke Kerr an email at luke@rtlaustralia.com.
