Undergraduate Engineers inspiring the next generation of engineers at BOSCH’s Head Office! Engaging Middle Year Students in STEM.

 

 

 

 First students, Mitch and Hunter receive feedback on their Cad designs that they posted on Trello. Lenny in Year 7, printed their designs. Then our student engineers provide Mitch and Hunter with feedback on their designs.

 

Then students learn how to write code that will control their robot.

 

 

Students then add 3D printed legs and the Pot Holder to complete the build on their mechanical arms.

 

 

Students receive their certificate and take home the arm they built over 5 separate workshops.

 

 

 

 

Students are invited to attend Extension workshops in the future.
