It was great to be out celebrating with a team of young engineers who have contributed immensely to Real Time Learning inspiring countless young people along the way. What an incredible journey we’ve shared. Personally, I’ve learnt so much from having these young engineers on my team.

The photos above capture moments from our early days—more than seven years ago. Reflecting on those beginnings and celebrating our shared values, particularly the spirit of being “Better Together,” has been truly rewarding.

We can’t wait to do it all again in 2025!
