Mindflight7 and Eastern Goldfields ESC bringing Virtual Reality to Kalgoorlie!

When we think of mining towns, I can’t really think of a better to place to be providing schools with access to Virtual Reality. A huge shout out to Anglogold for helping provide Eastern Goldfields ESC with the means to fund this outlay of VR hardware and training.

It was so great meeting such a passionate bunch of School Leaders, Teachers, Ed Support Staff and Students.

It was great to have special guest Simon, a science teacher from Kalgoorlie-Boulder Community High School also present for our onboarding session.

You can’t go to Kalgoorlie and not visit the “Super Pit” can you. Thank you so much to Corrine for sharing the sheer magnitude of the mine.

Here I am sharing VR with Anderson Toh whilst we wait to board the return flight to Perth.
