Graduates, Interns and the Recruitment and Talent Coordinator from BOSCH share really helpful insights on transitioning from Uni to Industry

This conversation was the last in a series of 3 consecutive conversations we’ve called Spark your Career Week. These have been hosted over the last 3 nights.

The message from our RTL Team was that taking up extra curricula opportunities has really served them well. They all agree taking on such opportunities is one of the best ways to develop highly sought after “soft skills”. It has really helped them stand out from the rest of the pack; provide them with a point of difference.

They all recommend taking risks and not being afraid to fail. Naturally as founder of RTL, I’m very proud of our RTL Alumni.

We hope to share a highlights reel in the near future.
